Member of the Gender Equality Committee of the International University Sports Federation (FISU), expert of the Key Sports Engineering Laboratory of the General Administration of Sport of China, certified member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Development (CIPD), certified trainer of the American Institute of Management and Management (AMA), and was an official and expert of the organizing committee of the 29th Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games,  the 19th Asian Games, the Asian Paralympic Games, the 26th World University Games and the 31st World University Games.
